GRAS BALL PARTY
An evening of dining and dancing
to the big band sound. Convention
delegates and motorcoach groups
will experience a real Mardi Gras
Ball. Tables will be decorated
with throws, serpentine and masks.
The Krewe de Bienville will present
a tableau, just like they do at
their own ball. Select and crown
your own King and Queen. You will
have a "ball". |
SEAFOOD
JUBILEE DINNER
A sumptuous Seafood dinner served
aboard a WWII Battleship, at Fort
Conde, or on the beach. |
GLOGG
PARTY
Glogg is a Scandinavian drink
mulled in hot wine with secret
herbs and spices. The party is
hosted in a private home in one
of the exclusive areas of Mobile.
Served with Glogg are delicious
Scandinavian delicacies, Swedish
meat balls, beautiful open faced
sandwiches and more. This party
is a must after a day of touring
or a day of many meetings. |
50'S
PARTY
The 50's party brings
back the good old days of pennants,
pom poms and spinning platters.
The dinner is a hamburger and
hotdog cook out. A local D.J.
spins the platters and talks of
the good old days. (Just heard
that the college kids are having
70's parties.) |

SPIRITS & STRANGE HAPPENINGS
EVENT
Imagine turning a corner on a
quaint gaslit street and suddenly
your face to face with a ghostly
character of yesteryear. The evening's
riding tour will introduce you
to some of our city's most spirited
residents. Authentically costumed
characters make Old Mobile's legends
come to life. |
COOKING
SCHOOL
Dinner will be served in a four
star restaurant. The Chef will
give you a demonstration on how
he prepares your choice of entree. |
